1.      PLEASE SAVE BOXTOPS FOR EDUCATION,  Campbell’s Soup labels, IGA receipts and Domino’s Pizza proof of purchase.  They can be turned in at the office.  We can redeem them for cash/items for the school.  It’s a great way to provide additional funds for the school!

3.      CAFETERIA WORKERS will be excused 5 minutes early to assist with serving lunch.  Freshmen are reminded that it is their responsibility to work every day during their assigned week.  If you are unable to work, it is your responsibility to find a replacement.  Your lunch will cost 40¢ on the days you work.  Workers for the week of Aug. 30 – Sept.3:   Christopher Carrillo, Paul Carson, Andrew Centa, Emily Chandler, Aidan Cole, Riley Cullen

 

4.      Saturday School is an opportunity for students to receive free tutoring from either Mrs. Swiger (Math) or Mr. Kline (English).  Hours:  8 AM – 1 PM on the following dates:  Aug. 28 (Mr. Kline), Sept. 11 (Mr. Kline), 18 (Mrs. Swiger) and 25 (Mr. Kline).

 

5.      Gridiron Gathering:  Sandusky St. Mary’s is hosting the celebration of Mass at 4:45 PM tomorrow at Strobel Field before the football game.  Gates will open at 4:20.  Following Mass, the SMCC Athletic Boosters will be grilling brats, burgers and bologna.  Everyone is invited!

 

6.      Monday August 30th is the first regular Shop order of the school year. The next will be Tuesday September 7th due to Labor Day.  Fashion Bug is offering a 2% bonus until 12/31. Remember to sign-up for Presto-Pay so you can order online. No more fumbling for your checkbook on busy Monday mornings! Want to volunteer?
